Just as last night, my eyes are fading fast after placing the pads on my feet. 

One thing I failed to mention after removing night two’s treatment patches.  The detox patches were black/grey as I said but when they came off they were as flexible as when they went on the night before.  About an hour after being removed both herbal detox patches were hard as rocks.  I mean they had become stiff as a piece of plastic.

Scott – The Patch Detective…

OK – First impression, the adhesive stuck to my feet just fine, my batch of detox patches came with good adhesive pads.

Second Impression, No more heat. The warmth I reported immediately after placing the patches on my feet remained last night until I fell asleep (fast) but this morning it is gone.  I can feel a slight moisture between the pad and my foot.

The Peel -

I have peeled off both pads and I think I can relay some interesting observations.

• The Barbecue odor I reported from my first use is not the same. These patches (from the same supplier and same batch) now smell more like a medicine paste or balm. No wild Southern BBQ on my feet this morning (a relief).
• The discoloration is there and it is still shocking but it does seem to be less than the first night.  On the first night I used the patched the next morning the detox pad was just full of a dark green/black color paste and I thought it would almost drip out of the material.  Now the color is more black/grey and it is much less saturated in the pad.
• The left foot seemed to produce slightly less discoloration than my right. 
• There is no discoloration or residue on my actual feet. It all seemed to be transferred to the patches.

Tough to explain if this is a hoax or scam.  How could a patch of herbs and Vinegar produce two different results on the same person in the same week? Different smell, different color, different level of “extraction”?  I certainly do not know but I am willing to continue being the guinea pig and try this until the patches come off clean.

Of course measuring the good it does for the rest of ones body may be difficult. But if that nasty stuff was inside my body, and these relatively cheap patches gets it out of my body, I am inclined to say – Good Deal!

So I have placed two more herbal detox patches on my feet.  The process is simple, simply peel back the protective cover on the adhesive patch and then place the sachet of herbs and holistic ingredients on the adhesive with the printed side placed away from the foot.  Then just press the assembly on to the small of your foot, rub the adhesive all around for adhesion and your done!

Immediately I am feeling a different kind of warmth on my feet where the pads make contact with my skin.  It is a different feeling than one would expect from a simple bandage being placed on your foot.  It is about 10PM and I expect to get up around 6:30 AM – I will check in with my coffee and report what these patches look like upon removal.  Any feelings of rejuvenation will also be reported.

I can say that right now, I feel overwhelmingly tired and can not keep my eyes open.  The patches have been on my feet about 1/2 hour and they feel increasingly warmer as I write.  The eyes are getting very heavy though, so I will check back with you in the morning… Night!

My feet felt warm, and the patches had the odor of barbecue sauce. The patches themselves had a greenish black color and they were nothing short of soaked with some sort of excretion from my feet.

This result has me intrigued.

I started to look into these patches a little more closely.  On the Internet I have found two types of sites related to these homeopathic herbal foot patches. The blogs seem to all be focused upon busting the myth and exposing the hype of the second group of Internet sites. The second set are the marketing based sites selling these herbal remedies meant to detoxify your body.

One could look at the debunking sites and dismiss these patches, until you read the sites more closely and see that most of the people writing these blogs have never actually tried the patches. Some even purport to be doctors yet these doctors do not admit to ever having tested the remedy in any way.

The marketing sites really simply say that the patches are meant to remove toxins from your body. Details of how this is done vary but usually involve the special vinegar and herbs used.

The reason for placing these patches on our feet involves a statement like this:
